REdimension Capital has announced the final closing of the REdimension Real Estate Technology & Sustainability Fund, accumulating total commitments exceeding R250 million.
In this second and final closing, the Fund welcomed new commitments from investors Hyprop Investments and RDC Property Group, alongside contributions from select existing investors.
These new investors enhance an already strategic investor base, which includes Burstone Group, Growthpoint Properties, Rand Merchant Bank, Liberty Two Degrees, and Sphere Holdings, among others. Collectively, these investors manage more than 750 commercial real estate assets and over 12 million square meters of lettable space across various sectors. Beyond providing capital, this ecosystem allows portfolio companies to access commercial partnerships, pilot opportunities, and strategic guidance, helping to accelerate product-market fit and sustainable growth.
“We are incredibly grateful to our investors for their trust and support,” say Peter Clark and Matthew Marshall, co-founders of REdimension Capital. “Their commitment has allowed us to position the fund as a leading catalyst for digital transformation in the property sector and value creation for all stakeholders.”
The fund focuses on scalable innovations that improve operational efficiency, environmental performance, and user engagement in the real estate industry. By supporting bold founders and aligning with forward-thinking partners, REdimension Capital aims to generate meaningful value and improve real estate outcomes. Since its first closing in July 2023, the fund has successfully built a diverse portfolio of high-potential companies operating at the intersection of property, technology, and sustainability.
This includes firms such as Admyt, RE-Tec Solutions, The Good People Data Company, Rode Publications & Media, and Roomking.
Now fully capitalised, the Fund enters a crucial execution phase, supported by a mature network of strategic investors and a robust pipeline of early-stage technologies that align with its core themes.
“We believe that real transformation occurs where capital, innovation, and collaboration intersect,” state Clark and Marshall. “Our approach is to actively partner with our portfolio—not just through funding, but by unlocking growth opportunities across the real estate value chain.”
