Property Point secures new funding to tackle youth unemployment through Real Estate

Property Point’s Real Estate Incubator Programme has received major grant funding from impact investor E Squared Investments, enabling the training and placement of 699 young South Africans in income-generating roles across the property sector. With youth unemployment above 46% and real estate still largely untransformed, the initiative removes barriers such as licensing costs and income insecurity. Backed by the IDC and NPMN Innovation Fund, the programme offers a scalable blueprint for economic inclusion and sector transformation.
