CCPOA’s newly appointed CEO

After nearly two decades of exceptional leadership, Chris Blackshaw, CEO of the Century City Property Owners’ Association (CCPOA), retired at the end of December 2024. His vision and dedication have transformed Century City into the vibrant, innovative precinct it is today, leaving a legacy that will continue to inspire us.
Marinus Boshoff, previously the Safety and Security Manager at CCPOA, stepped into his new role as CEO on 1 January 2025.
Says Marinus “I am thrilled to officially step into the role of CEO of Century City Property Owners’ Association (CCPOA) as we embark on 2025 and beyond.
Century City has long been a shining example of innovation, community, and sustainable urban development. I am honoured to have the opportunity to lead such a dynamic team and work alongside incredible stakeholders to shape the future of this vibrant mixed-use precinct.
As we move forward, my vision is to build on the strong foundation already in place—driving progress, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring Century City remains a place where people can thrive.
A heartfelt thank you to Chris Blackshaw, whose leadership and mentorship have been invaluable during this transition. I look forward to continuing the legacy of excellence that he has established.”
