Leading rent collection and trust accounting platform PayProp, and Radweb, the PropTech innovator behind Property Inspect, have entered into a strategic integration and partnership agreement to help agents deliver exceptional service.

The partnership will enhance PayProp and Property Inspect integration across South Africa, the USA and Canada.

The companies say the industry-leading partnership will enable them to deliver exclusive features to customers which are unavailable to any other trust accounting platform. This will offer unparalleled efficiencies for estate and letting agents in South Africa and beyond.

More data at agents’ fingertips

Radweb’s recent Property Inspect integration with PayProp helps agents simplify inspections, enhances transparency, automates reports, tracks maintenance issues, streamlines billing, and improves communication. This allows agents to avoid data duplication and have a single source of truth to resolve issues faster.

The new partnership agreement commits both companies to achieving even greater levels of integration to empower agents with the tools and data they need.

Evolving integrations

“This partnership is about empowering agents to help deliver a dream home experience for landlords and tenants,” said André van Rooyen, Head of Sales at PayProp SA. “Together, we’re focused on deepening the integration between our product and Radweb’s platforms in South Africa and beyond, giving agents time to focus on their customers instead of admin.”

“Our partnership with PayProp marks a major step forward for agents,” said Steve Rad, Managing Director of Radweb. “We’re committed to expanding this integration even further in 2025, delivering smarter tools and exclusive features for PayProp customers. By simplifying processes and enhancing data accessibility, we’re helping agents work more efficiently and deliver outstanding value to their clients.”
