Reside Summit 2025 returns to Johannesburg with Africa’s top residential real estate leaders and innovators

The countdown has started for the much-anticipated Reside Summit, scheduled for 9 and 10 July 2025 at the Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg.

Presentations will cover financing multi-family and student housing developments, as well as balancing short-term versus long-term rental markets amid regulatory challenges. 
 
A government address will present policy perspectives, leading into sessions on retirement living that incorporate health, wealth, and longevity considerations. Innovation in student housing and co-living models will be examined through case studies and discussions on fostering inclusive, connected communities that enhance well-being.
