Moolman Group and KL Development have joined forces to deliver Riverfield Business Park in Kempton Park, part of the established Riverfields Lifestyle Precinct. This collaboration marks Moolman Group’s latest venture in the industrial sector, combining our extensive development experience with KL Development’s expertise in industrial projects.
Riverfield Business Park is strategically located just off the R21, 12 km from OR Tambo International Airport, offering direct access to road, rail, and air freight. The development is part of a key business node, home to major distribution centres such as DHL Supply Chain, John Deere, DSV Campus, and Takealot. The park will feature flexible facilities ranging from 1,500 to 26,000 m², creating a business destination that combines world-class infrastructure, efficiency, and sustainability.
Construction commenced in August 2024, with completion scheduled for June 2026.
